Ahimsa Wellness was created by Laura Ryan, a qualified psychotherapist who earned her yoga qualification after spending hundreds of hours studying in the Himalayan foothills.

 

She has a particular love for Restorative Yoga, mediation and all things encouraging a slower pace of life.

Laura is currently conducting academic research studying the impact that yoga has on emotional regulation and, in particular, on emotional eating.

She holds Restorative Yoga classes on Zoom at 11am on Sunday mornings

Ahimsa Wellness was created by Laura Ryan, a qualified psychotherapist who earned her yoga qualification after spending hundreds of hours studying in the Himalayan foothills. She has subsequently expanded her training over many years and many different continents.

 

She has a particular love for Restorative Yoga, mediation and all things encouraging a slower pace of life.

Laura is currently conducting PhD research studying the impact that yoga has on emotional regulation and, in particular, on emotional eating.

She currently is not holding classes due to the current COVID-19 restrictions
